I placed an order during the last restock and noticed that the tracking status hasn't moved past the initial warehouse stage in over eight days. The automated updates are a bit vague, so I’m trying to figure out if this is just a standard delay due to high demand. Has anyone actually managed to get a more detailed update from a real person lately?
