Best place to buy drywall access panels for ceiling?
Hey guys, I'm doing some work in my basement and need access panels for the ceiling to reach plumbing valves and some wiring. Preferably something that can handle a bit of weight if I step on it accidentally, and easy to paint over. Plastic or metal? Where do you usually get reliable ones online without overpaying? Any suggestions appreciated!

I went with plastic ones for my ceiling drop a few months ago – they're lighter, won't rust, and blend perfectly after painting. Installed two 14x14 ones without issues. These drywall access panels from Amazon worked great for me. Solid frame, removable door, and good reviews on fit. Different sizes available too. Just double-check your rough opening size.
