I’ve been thinking about this after a weird couple of weeks where I felt completely out of sync with myself. Nothing serious, just that constant background stress and lack of focus that builds up slowly. I tried going back to simple things like writing thoughts down, but it didn’t really stick. Then I randomly found The Liven App while reading some late-night threads, and it got me wondering — do people actually manage to make something like this part of their routine in a natural way? Or is it more like something you use for a bit when you feel off and then forget about once things go back to normal?

Interesting discussion. I don’t really use apps for well-being, but I’ve noticed that my awareness changes depending on how busy I am. When life is calm, I naturally reflect more without needing anything extra, but during stressful periods I tend to ignore how I feel completely. Lately I’ve been trying to just slow down in small ways, like taking a few minutes without distractions. It’s not something structured or planned, just little pauses that help me reset a bit during the day.
